Proximity cards are available for purchase by
contacting the management company.

They can only be
purchased by the Homeowner or Management Company.
Proximity cards are $75.00 this includes a one time
programming. Cards will available for
pick-up at the management company once payment has been received.
You will be able to access the community by using
the key pad if you choose not to purchase access cards. There is no charge for this access.
If the
management company does not have your tenant information you may be locked out
of the community. It is a mandatory
requirement that all residents of Campus Walk
be registered with
the management company.
There will be a $10.00 fee (each) for reprogramming
proximity cards effective
October 1, 2008.
Make sure that your tenants turn them in, they are
reprogrammable.
When you
have a resident change you need to contact the management company to have them
removed from the gate access system directory.
